The long-awaited new season of Independent Lens kicks off Tuesday night with the cult-favorite documentary, The Parking Lot Movie (check local listing). First-time director Meghan Eckman explores the rarefied world of one small parking lot in Charlottesville, Virginia, and its collection of overeducated staffers that keep the place in business.
