The Film

This heartrending documentary takes you on the incredible journey of young and beautiful, Thembi. Emerged from the shantytowns of South Africa on a mission to take on HIV, Thembi introduced herself to the world with something she called her HIV prayer: “Hello, HIV, you trespasser.” She traveled the world, and spoke to Congress, and even met Barack Obama. During her short life, Thembi lived strong and proud, welcoming the world into her life with open arms and giving hope to millions through her words.
