We’ll also talk to Restaurateurs, Taqueros, Abuelitas, and Chefs as we explore their stories, food traditions, and each city’s unique take on tacos. The series will go deep into Texas communities to understand how each city and region stand apart and we’ll follow characters that are influencing the taco scene while exploring the traditional to the newest trends of taco making and provide insights into the food culture of Texas, one taco at a time.
